WHERE DOES YOUR FURNITURE SHIP FROM?

Our furniture ships from Southern California. Lead times range from 2-10 business days.

WHAT'S YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

All of our furniture carries a one year warranty from the date of purchase. If filing a claim, contact the location of where you purchased your furniture.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

There is no minimum order amount.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HANNA CHAIR AND THE HANNA SLED CHAIR?

The Sled Chair adds a wood sled between the legs to give added strength, particularly for high traffic use like restaurants and commercial spaces. However, many of our clients have used the Hanna Chair (without the sled) in high traffic spaces without issues.

DO YOU HAVE WOOD COLOR SAMPLES?

Wood color samples can be shipped to you. Contact us and we'll be happy to send you a set.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE WOOD SURFACE?

Use a clean, soft and dry cloth. For stubborn stains, we use a matte wood polish.

WHAT DO YOU USE FOR CHAIR GLIDES?

We use a translucent silicone glide that does not scratch delicate wood floors. They were designed to be used in high traffic areas, particularly in restaurants and commercial spaces, but are well-suited for residential use as well.
